Thirty Years, Seven Ships

This was a personal project I did for my father. I wanted to create a piece of art that was a visual commemoration of his 30 years of service in the U.S. Navy. Each ship is to scale comparatively to the other ships in the piece, with the name, number and motto for each ship included, respectively. The final piece was printed at 18" x 24".
